macaroons! help!

so i’ve been practicing in the kitchen and trying to make macaroons, so far i’ve failed quite a few times TT-TT more like every time i try! my macaroons dont have feet and they crack :( ive been reading up articles and blogs as to what i may be doing wrong and ive tried correcting my mistakes.

ive:

- measured the ingredients to point using one of those electronic food weight scales

- i’ve made sure my meringues mixed just to the right consistency, glossy and stiff but not overly stiff

- ive rapped the pan again the counter a few times before letting them rest for a while, till the outter shell hardens a bit.

- and for the folding of the dry ingredients and meringue, i’ve made sure that before i put it in the piping bag i check the consistency to be somewhat like a lava molten goo or whatever its called.

if someone has any advice or help for this, please help!

i just dont get it, what have i been doing wrong?
